M.B.Padmakumar
M.B.Padmakumar was born in Mannar, a picturesque village in the state of Kerala, India, third son of Bhaskaran Nair and Bhargavi Amma . His brother is Rajan and sister Prassanna. At the age of nineteen he became an anchor of Doordarshan. Doordarshan's popular programs such as Paithrikam, Samvadam and Veettuvisesham anchored four years. Since then he has been the presenter of Asianet's Suprabhadam and Kairali's Shubhadinam. Film was chosen as a career by searching for the best medium to share ideas with people. He approached famous filmmakers of Indian cinema Jayaraj and Lohithatas for a chance as an Assistant Director.
But he got the chance to be an Actor. Fifteen cinemas were cast differently.He has also played significant roles in several television series. Working with famous filmmakers, he was able to learn more about film. He stopped acting and prepared the script for the first film. Homosexuality became the theme of the first film. The film completed as per planning, but people's conservative thinking has negatively impacted the film's release. But, My Life Partner, his first film was honored with four Government Awards that year, despite some controversy.Since then, his second film Roopantharam has won many awards, including the Indian Panorama.With the thought that everything is possible in the world, if you have the strength to think, the journey continues towards new dimensions. Chitra is his wife. The children are Satya Narayanan and Abharami.
